Welcome! I am so excited that you’re considering going through recruitment and taking this first step toward finding your home. Recruitment can feel exciting, overwhelming, and even a little intimidating, but know that every woman going through this process is feeling many of the same emotions.

When I went through recruitment, I never imagined how much joining Alpha Phi would impact my life. I found lifelong friendships, opportunities to grow as a leader, and a community of women who have supported me through every stage of college. Alpha Phi has pushed me outside of my comfort zone, helped me discover new strengths, and given me memories I’ll cherish forever.

As you begin this journey, remember that recruitment isn’t about being perfect, it’s about being yourself. The connections you make will be the most genuine when you allow your personality to shine. Trust the process, stay open-minded, and know that where you end up is exactly where you’re meant to be.
